Service Description
Naplet is a baby sleep and routine tracking application that offers comprehensive features to make your life easier.
- Sleep tracking and monitoring (naps and night sleep)
- Feeding tracking (breastfeeding, bottle, solids)
- Health logging (temperature, medications, bath)
- AI assistant for baby sleep questions
- PDF report generation for healthcare professionals
- Sync between family caregivers

Registration and Account
To use Naplet, you need to create an account. By creating your account, you agree to:
- Provide true and up-to-date information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activities performed on your account
- Be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian

Plans and Payments
Naplet offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Available Plans
- Free: Basic features for 1 baby, with usage limitations
- Premium ($17.99/year): Full access to all features
- Founders ($11.99/year): Special launch price, locked forever
Billing
Subscriptions are charged by Apple through your App Store account. Renewal is automatic unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Refunds are processed exclusively by Apple, according to App Store policies. To request a refund, contact Apple support directly.

Acceptable Use
By using Naplet, you agree NOT to perform the following actions:
- Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Transmit harmful, offensive or inappropriate content
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to access restricted areas or other users' data
- Reverse engineer or modify the application

Intellectual Property
Naplet, including its design, code, features, brand and content, is the exclusive property of its developers. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license for personal use of the application.

User Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter in Naplet (baby information, records, photos). By using the app, you grant us a license to process this data as necessary to provide the service.

NAPLET IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
The information and suggestions from the app, including AI assistant responses, are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a pediatrician or qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your baby's health.

Limitation of Liability
Naplet is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil.
