Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except when the law requires longer retention.

Data of Minors

Naplet is intended for adult parents and caregivers. Data entered about babies is the responsibility of the adult who created the account. We do not collect data directly from minors under 18 years of age.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Naplet mobile app does not use cookies. We use device identifiers for essential features such as keeping you logged in and syncing data.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside Brazil (such as in the United States, where AWS servers are located). We ensure that these transfers follow adequate protections as required by law.
