This is the summary of day 14. The 3 full chapters, with the practical actions, are in the course inside the app. In the app: 8 min read across 3 chapters

The last day starts by asking you to reread the intention you wrote on day 1 and look at the road traveled: understand, act, get through. The course never promised that in fourteen days the baby would sleep; it promised that in fourteen days you would understand, and a caregiver who knows what is happening has a map.

Then comes the insurance against the question of losing everything when life changes, and the handover to the app: the logging that keeps the window calibrated, the history as a perspective machine, and the Diary, where these nights become pages.

What you'll learn in the 3 chapters

  1. 1

What you learned in two weeks

You will revisit the thirteen days in three movements and meet your intention again, with room to mark a yes or an on-its-way, which counts just the same.

  2. 2

Keeping the routine when life changes

This chapter explains that structures change and anchors travel, proposes gradual transitions for announced changes, a protocol for the ones nobody announces, and the chapters as a shelf to reread.

  3. 3

    Naplet as a long-term companion

Here sleep logging appears as the base of everything, the history as an ally in the next turbulence, and the Diary as the place that organizes the logs into a timeline and writes retrospectives only from your family's real data.
